Deputy Manager. Immediate start
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager who is capable of working in a fast paced environment. The role will be to deputise for the owners and ensure customer service and standards are second to none. You will have high standards and experience in managing a team of front of house and kitchen teams. You will be responsible for taking control of the business in the absence of the owners. You will have at least 2 years experience at assistant manager level in a similar style operation.

Head Chef
The renowned Tower Arms has a vacancy for a talented and hard working head chef. we are striving to be the best gastro pub in the south and therefore you will need to have first class management skills and have the ability to lead, motivate and train a kitchen team and ensure they work to your high standards.

Sous-Chef
Are you dynamic, creative, passionate and have a proven track record in producing and managing a high profile catering operation? We are looking for an experienced sous-chef who is capable of stepping into the executive chef’s shoes at any time.
You must have the skills to manage a kitchen team, create bespoke menus and specials, deliver exceptional quality to our customers and most of all, work well under pressure.

Chef De Partie
We are seeking a creative and passionate chef de partie to assist the brigade in the kitchen. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast moving environment. He/she will have a proven track record in producing excellent gastro style food using local produce and suppliers.

Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated restaurant and function manager to develop the business at the Tower Arms. you must have a proven track record in managing a high quality restaurant/gastro pub. You will have superb knowledge of wines and food and have the confidence to train a young team in all aspects of customer service

Bar Manager
Are you good fun and energetic and enjoy leading and training a team; then come and talk to us.
We need a experienced bars manager with experience in working within a first class gastro pub. your passion for customer service will be second to none and you will pass on your passion and skills to your team. Customer service and presentation will be at the forefront of your mind. The Tower Arms is famous for its gardens and the summer time sees a buzzing and thriving trade. You must have the skills to manage the both internal and external bars and liaise with customers who require functions etc
